At 16:30 Company 3 was dispatched to an auto accident at the corner of South 4th Street and Chestnut St. Rescue 3-1 was assigned to disconnect the battery and control fluids, while engine 3-1 was ordered to hold in quarters. Company 3 was available at 16:50.
