House Fire in the Borough of Hartleton

Wednesday, August 18, 2010  At around 10:30 Company 3 was dispatched for a house fire in the borough of Hartleton. Units arrived on scene and recognized that the dwelling was still energized and PPL was called. It was about an hour into the fire when PPL shut down power to the structure. Units were on scene for approximately 4 hours.

Wild Fire in the Area of Red Ridge Rd.

Tuesday, August 17, 2010  At 17:18 Company 3 was dispatched to Red Ridge Rd. for a wild fire Company 3’s services were not required and was available at 17:18.

Mutual Aid to Snyder County for Silo Fire

Tuesday, August 17, 2010  At around 6:50 Company 3 was dispatched to Snyder County for a Silo fire. Company 3 arrived on scene and was decided services were not needed.

Smoke detector activiation on Creek Rd. off of Forest Hill Rd.

Thursday, August 12, 2010  At 9:16 Company 3 was dispatched to a smoke detector activation on Creek Rd. off of Forest Hill Rd. Company 3 was canceled while en route and was placed in service at 9:23.

MVA on Grand Valley Rd.

Thursday, August 12, 2010  At around 19:30 Company 3 was dispatched for an auto accident on Grand Valley Rd. with reported car into a pole with unknown injuries. Chief 301 arrived on scene and reported the patient out of the vehicle and a pole leaning over the roadway. Chief 301 then placed the box in service with the exception of ALS.

ATV accident on Glover Hill Rd.

Wednesday, August 11, 2010  At around 16:30 Company 3 was dispatched to an ATV accident on Glover Hill Rd. Chief 302 was the first on scene with Eng.3-1, and told chief 304 to confirm a signal 50 (DOA). Rescue 3-1 arrived on scene and was immediately placed in service.

Structure Fire in the borough of Milton

Wednesday, August 11, 2010  With call number 3 of the day Company 3 was dispatched to a structure fire in the borough of Milton. Within minutes of responding command 15 canceled the 2nd alarm, and Rescue 3-1 was back in service


   
 

Mutual Aid to Snyder County for Structure Fire on Shambach Rd.

Wednesday, August 11, 2010  At 9:44 Company 3 was dispatched to a structure fire on Shambach Rd., Snyder County. Tanker 3-1, once on scene was told to supply water to Snyder County engine 5-2. Rescue 3-1’s crew was ordered to search for any remaining hot spots and work on overhaul of the structure. Company 3 was available at 10:47.

Furnace Malfunction in the Borough of Mifflinburg

Monday, August 9, 2010  Company 3 was dispatched at 21:08 for a chimney fire on the 200 block of Market St. Chief 302 arrived on scene and announced that the correct address was the 200 block of Chestnut St. Upon arrival chief 302 hold the box to only Engine 3-2. The crew investigated and found a furnace malfunction. Company 3 was available at 21:20.
