Units arriving on the scene found 1 car vs. a box truck, 2 patients were found, one being a signal 50 (DOA), and the other in serious condition who was transported via Life Flight. Company 3 units were on scene for approximately 45-50 minutes. Company 4 arrived on scene and determined the incident as a furnace malfunction. Company 3 was placed in service at 13:10. Thursday, June 30, 2011 At 16:06 Company 3 was dispatched to the address of 6th and Quarry Rd. for an automatic fire alarm. Chief 301 arrived on scene and found normal conditions from the exterior. Company 3's services were not needed and the box was placed in service.
